New Delhi: Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Ishant Sharma are among the seven Delhi players who skipped the first day of the state's Ranji Trophy conditioning camp at the Ferozeshah Kotla on Wednesday.
However, it was know that Virender Sehwag would not be in Delhi for the camp as he is recovering from his shoulder injury with the help of a BCCI-appointed physio in Bangalore.
Gambhir, Ishant, Rajat Bhati and Chaitanya Nanda are among others who stayed away from the camp. Their move is now being linked with the players' recent decision to speak out against the selection policies at the DDCA.
